A Single Step: Navigating Your Journey to Wellness
It has been said that “Even the longest journey starts with a single step.” For that reason, taking the first step is an act of courage — one you don’t have to take alone. My goal is to help you and your child take that first step with confidence and compassion.
As a Child, Adolescent & Young Adult Psychiatrist at Centered Mind Counseling Services (CMCS), I work closely with each client and family to navigate the path toward wellness. We look together at family dynamics, school and home environments, trauma, and coping skills that influence mental health. Through compassionate telehealth psychiatry, we build a collaborative plan that fosters resilience, understanding, and lasting well-being.
In some cases, medication may play an important role in treatment; in others, therapy and family collaboration provide the foundation for lasting change. By integrating therapy, psychiatry, and family support, I aim to ensure that every child and teen receives the individualized care they deserve—care that promotes healing, balance, and growth.
