Our office is conveniently located in Issaquah, at the Meadow Creek Professional Center, Building H.  It is approximately 10 minutes from Sammamish, Bellevue and Snoqualmie.  Also serving North Bend, Renton Highlands and Maple Valley.

Once you enter Meadow Creek Professional Center, take the elevator (or stairs) to the second floor.  Check in with the receptionist, take a seat, and your provider will meet you there!
