Guided by Purpose
I’ve always felt a deep sense of purpose in supporting others, and pursuing a path in psychology felt like a natural extension of that calling. From an early age, I was drawn to understanding how the mind works and what drives human behavior. Since beginning my journey in the field, I’ve never looked back – I continue to feel inspired and fulfilled by the work I do everyday.
How I help
I believe that personal growth is possible when we feel safe and secure and when we develop an inquisitive mindset toward our problems. Through understanding ourselves, we can find a path forward and a solution to the problems that hinder us. As such, I provide an easygoing and warm therapy setting in which clients feel empowered to take control of their life. I have experience with various modalities of treatment including both more structured and less structured therapies, such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy for a variety of different presenting problems, cognitive processing therapy, and therapeutic assessment.

I have found success in the past helping individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, sleep problems, and neurodevelopmental difficulties such as intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, and attention-deficit/
On a Personal Note
In my free time I enjoy walking/hiking, listening to music, and playing disc golf. I never feel more at home than when I’m outside, and am lucky to be able to live in a place with such great opportunities for this. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family.
